Optional Upgrades:

If you grow beyond 10 users, you can add new users for only $5 per user per month.

If you want to connect your QuickBooks data to encouragework via our QB Connector, the cost is $10 per QuickBooks company file per month.*

If you want to track KPI data at an hourly level (i.e. up to 24 entries per calendar day), there is a monthly upgrade fee of $50. This is suitable for tracking multiple values per day such as hourly shift production, service inquiries, etc.


Common Examples:

  1. You have two Teams with a total of nine users. Your monthly cost: $25.
  2. You have three Teams (executive, sales, operations). 15 total users, with some of them overlapping on the Teams. Your monthly cost: $25 + (5 x 5) = $50
  3. You have five people on one Team. You track hourly production. You have one QuickBooks file. Your monthly cost: $25 + $50 + $10 = $85 

All subscription fees are charged to your credit card and renew automatically each month. No long term contracts, cancel at any time. And your first month is free. 

Custom integration consulting and programming is available at the rate of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum.

* Note that there is no charge for using the encouragework API. If you want to program your own integrations for QuickBooks or any other platform, there are no additional fees required.
