We believe that any work worth doing helps people. The two things we feel called to do is to encourage one another (Romans 12:8) and to do the work given us (Ephesians 2:10).
We have spent the last few years working on the encouragework platform as a labor of love. Aspirationally, we see our vision becoming a reality as a community of people encouraging one another with sound guidance, excellent tools, and inspired efforts.
This platform has been developed, torn-down, rebuilt, tested, and iterated both internally and in the day-to-day use of about 2,000 members of a national membership organization. Initially we tracked Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis. Then we added monthly ToDos for group accountability. Then we stumbled upon Traction/EOS, Scaling Up, and other business systems.
None of the available platforms or tools fit us very well, so we took the plunge and invested in building something that we thought others might like. We have relentlessly iterated to find a pricing model that was no-brainer enough that we would sign up ourselves and was also at a level that could justify our ongoing investment of time and talent.
Our aim with the encouragework platform is to provide sufficient structure for those getting started to have a successful launch into this world of planning, measuring, and peer accountability. We also want the more mature teams to be able to flex their muscles and do things their way.
If you have suggestions, please feel free to let us know how we might make the platform better.
